Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy for The Glow Up by AB: Booking Fee: A non-refundable booking fee of 50% of the total service cost is required at the time of booking. This fee will be deducted from the total service cost and is nonrefundable under any circumstances. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made before 24 hours of the scheduled appointment can be transferred to a new appointment. Please use the link in your confirmation email to cancel your appointment. Rescheduling Policy: Customers are allowed to reschedule their appointment once, free of charge, provided the request is made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Subsequent rescheduling requests or requests made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will be subject to the cancellation policy. No Show Policy: If a customer fails to show up for their scheduled appointment without prior notice, the booking fee will be forfeited, and the full cost of the treatment booked will be due. Grace Period: You have a grace period of 10 mins. After 10 minutes your appointment will be cancelled and you will be subject to the cancellation policy. Please drop me a text or a whatsapp if you know you may be late. Guests Please attend your appointment alone unless previously discussed. NO CHILDREN allowed on the premises.
